各乡镇人民政府、县直及驻罗城中直区直市直各有关单位:
  为进一步优化城市雨水排水规划设计,提高我县城区防洪减灾能力,根据自治县政协九届三次会议第59号提案《关于编制我县城区暴雨强度公式》的要求,由县气象局和县住房城乡建设局联合组织编制了我县城区暴雨强度公式,并经专家进行评审验收,现将我县城区暴雨强度公式予以发布,自发布之日起启用,请各相关单位认真执行。

一、罗城城区暴雨强度公式

二、编制公式适用于罗城城区,周边乡镇可作参考。

三、自发文之日起,所有新建项目涉及排水工程的设计须执行编制公式。

说    明

1.本计算公式和图表是根据罗城国家气象站59年(1959~2017年)的连续自记雨量记录为基础,采用“年最大值法”对暴雨样本资料进行选样,由皮尔逊—Ⅲ型分布曲线拟合数据,得到P-i-t关系表,再由最小二乘法求解公式参数得到。

2.以重现期2、3、5、10、20、30、50、100(年)相应的单一重现期暴雨强度公式编制查算表(表二),设计暴雨强度可按选定设计重现期直接查用表中对应的数值(单一重现期暴雨强度公式见表一)。

3.若采用其它重现期,设计暴雨强度可用暴雨强度总公式计算:

t—降雨历时(分钟)

4.适用范围

本计算公式和图表适用的时间范围是1~200分钟,空间范围是罗城县城及各乡镇。

5.公式误差

重现期2~20年的暴雨强度总公式算得的平均绝对均方差为0.045(mm/min),平均相对均方差为4.59%;单一重现期暴雨强度公式平均绝对方差为0.018mm/min,平均相对均方差为1.55%,精度符合《室外排水设计规范》(GB50014—2006,2016年版)的要求。单一重现期暴雨强度公式精度明显优于暴雨强度总公式,推荐使用单一重现期暴雨强度公式。
